Where Monologue is available

See the devices and operating systems supported by the Monologue apps.

Monologue is available on:

• Mac: Dictate into other Mac apps, create Voice Notes, and manage your history and personalization.
• iPhone: Dictate with the Monologue keyboard, Apple Shortcuts, or the Action Button on supported devices.
• iPad: Dictate with the Monologue keyboard and use the Monologue app.

Monologue does not currently offer Windows or Android apps. This page describes current availability and does not promise release dates for other platforms.

Local transcription is available only on Apple silicon Macs. Remote transcription remains the recommended option for most people.
