The Monologue web app gives you a larger workspace for reviewing and managing Voice Notes.

The web app does not record new Voice Notes. Record on a supported Monologue app, then return to the web after the note syncs.

## Find a note

Open **Notes** in the web app. You can:

- Search by title or note content.
- Filter by one or more tags.
- Move through older results with pagination.
- See whether a note is uploading, processing, completed, or needs attention.

Open a note to view its summary, speaker-separated transcript, recording, tags, duration, and recording date. Audio appears when the original recording is available.

If a recent note is missing, keep the recording device online until its upload finishes, then refresh the page.
